Delivery Options

We offer two delivery methods depending on your location:

Direct Delivery (Lagos & Ogun State)
Orders are delivered by HOG Logistics or verified partners, either directly from a nearby vendor or through our delivery network.

Independent Shipping Agents (Outside Lagos & Ogun)
Orders outside Lagos and Ogun State are shipped via third-party agents.

• Pickup is at the agent’s depot
• No Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Orders must be fully prepaid
• Valid ID is required for collection

Delivery Timelines

• Lagos & Ogun: 2–5 business days
• Outside Lagos & Ogun: 2–14 business days

Customized or made-to-order items may require additional production time.

Delivery Scheduling

After placing your order:

• Our team will contact you to schedule delivery
• You will receive updates via email or phone
• A confirmation call may be made before delivery

Customer Availability

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.

• Missed deliveries may attract additional charges
• Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice

Same-Day Delivery (Selected Areas)

Available for select products and locations within Lagos.

• Orders must be placed before 10:00 AM
• Coverage includes: Ikeja, Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi

Delivery Charges

• Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of delivery unless stated otherwise
• Additional charges may apply for bulk or special orders

Important Notes

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors
• Once an order is handed over to an independent shipping agent, responsibility transfers to the customer
• Customers should inspect items upon delivery and report any issues immediately
