Return & Refund Policy

At HOG Furniture, we are committed to delivering quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition
    • In original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or post-delivery modifications
  • Items that have been assembled, installed, or altered after delivery

3. Inspection on Delivery (Very Important)

Customers are advised to inspect items immediately upon delivery.

  • Any visible damage or issues must be reported:
    • At the point of delivery, or
    • Within 24 hours of delivery
  • Claims made after this period may not be eligible for full resolution

4. Valid Reasons for Return

a. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • We will arrange a return or replacement
  • HOG will cover all related shipping costs
  • You may choose:
    • Replacement, or
    • Full refund (including delivery charges)

b. Incorrect Item Delivered

If you receive the wrong item:

  • We will arrange collection and redelivery at no cost
  • No additional fees will be charged

c. Change of Mind / Personal Preference

If you no longer want the item:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply
  • Items must meet return eligibility conditions

5. Refund Process

  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt
  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

6. Shipping & Logistics Costs

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to:
    • Damage
    • Defect
    • Incorrect item
  • For customer-initiated returns:
    • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer
    • Original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund
